Some of the German Nightfighers scambled from Grove in Jutland. And some from The German airstrip on the Island Sylt where they had a airstrip called Westerland. (Not on the map).
The B-24 was now halfway over the Nordsea. and they had no problem onboard. After a time the arrived to the area near the westcoast town Hvide-Sande. The Navigator onboard Vander Scahft set a new course for the town Horsens on the Eastjutland coast.
The Libarator keept on going whitout knowing about the Germans.
They arrieved in the area around the island Fyn and was getting ready to drop the Weapons to the resistance. The Resistance had been ready on the dropzone for about 2 hours. They where 20 men. Some of them where lookuots - they where looking for the German in the area. But everything was silent around the dropzone. Suddenly they could hear a big four engine Maschine arriving. They got ready to signal to the Plane -The big Liberator dropped the 16 containers and a little packet to them and then set the couse to be westen.
After the drop the resistance got hold of all the parachutes and there loads. And drived them to a secure place. The Liberator was now over Jutland again and the Germans where coming closer and closer - and suddently the Reargunner on the B-24 ´was shoothing back at a black shadow behind them - and the Shadow shoot no 3 engine into flames.
